This website exists to describe the service of creating and maintaining websites with a booking engine for holiday rental properties, and to make it easy to get in touch with anyone interested in engaging that service.
The specific terms of each engagement — scope, timescales, number of properties included, rounds of changes and payment terms — are agreed in writing with each client before work begins. The prices published here are indicative, exclude VAT and do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Terms of use
Access to this website is free and open. Anyone using it agrees to do so lawfully and not to use it for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.
The owner may change the content of this website at any time, and may suspend or withdraw access without prior notice.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, code and other elements of this website belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, distributing or altering them without express permission is not allowed.
The content of our clients' websites belongs to the clients. Photographs, text and trade marks of each property belong to their owner, and we acquire no rights over them by hosting or maintaining them.
Where we prepare a demonstration based on a public listing, its images and text are used solely to show the owner how their own website would look. That demonstration is not indexed by search engines, has an expiry date, and is deleted immediately on request by its owner, with no justification required.
5. Liability
The owner makes reasonable efforts to keep this website available and its information current, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or uninterrupted.
Information about holiday rental regulations on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Every property owner should confirm their obligations with their gestor or adviser, as they vary by autonomous region and change frequently.
In the relationship between a property and its guests, the owner of this website is not a party to the transaction: it plays no part in the booking, receives none of the amounts paid by guests, and is not liable for obligations arising from the accommodation contract.

8. Applicable law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia.
